In the spirit of Gnomedex I’ve decided to create a little meme for friends who attended the conference last weekend. It’s easy to play along just answer the following seven questions and share.

1. Most effective presentation: Using Social Media for Good Causes – Beth Kanter. How we raised $3,774 in 90 minutes for Cambodian kids.

2. Most effective single slide: Scott Maxwell’s photo of Earth from Mars. That put so many things into perspective for me.

3. Most laughs from a presentation: Kevin Fox - How To Buy a Car for Under $1000 (Video)

4. Favorite conference moment: Spontaneous dancing with Where the hell is Matt?, Matt (Video)

5. Favorite non-conference moment: Magic bus ride (slideshow above) with old and new friends to the Bherd Studio

6. Coolest discovery (aha moment): Adeona – Gabriel Maganis and Tadayoshi Kohno. Just try to steal my MacBook now suckers (please don’t try).

7. Favorite presentation: Meet Generation Y – Francine Hardaway, Mark Bao, and Chris Pirillo. It was so interesting to hear the differences in generations when it comes to technology, employment and society. Plus, Francine’s striptease was worth the price of admission!

Now it’s your turn: Kris Krug, Dave Olson, Marcus Whitney, Derek K. Miller and Amber Case.

Random rules:
1. Link to the person who tagged you.
2. Post these rules on the blog.
3. Answer the seven questions.
4. Tag five people at the end of your post.
5. Let each person know they have been tagged.
6. Let the tagger know when your entry is up.
