A couple of months ago my Twitter account was wrongly suspended. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while or follow me on Twitter you probably know the story by now. After the situation was cleared up one of Twitter’s customer service peeps, Crystal, was kind enough to send me three t-shirts as a make good.
I decided to put the three t-shirts (together) on Ebay for money for Kiva.org. The auction was a huge success! 27 bids were made, some from people I know and others I don’t. I am sincerely thankful to everybody who bid to win the shirts for a good cause. Thank you!
The total amount is $103.50. Thanks to John Granquist for winning the auction. To see the money in action check out my Kiva page.
I only wish Twitter would get their act together and stop wrongly suspending user accounts already. At least those Twitter victims will have an idea what to do with their t-shirts.
